Once you have selected and purchased your product a email will be sent to you requiring any images or information needed. Once you have sent us the images, we will send you the artwork with in 24-48 hours for you to approve before we commence printing. We offer unlimited proof revisions on your product prior to print.

Turn Around times for the artworks prior to approval are 24-48 hours. Once you have approved the designs via email the printing will commence within 2-3 business days and couriered to your selected address. Digital files will commence in 1-2 business days after approval.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS are emailed on high quality 300dpi jpeg images. UNFRAMED PRINTS AND FRAMED PRINTS are printed on museum quality matte with 250 gsm. All our prints are printed with the world’s best inks using FSC-certified paper. FRAMES are made from FSC certified pine. They are 20-25mm /0.79"-0.98" thick and 10-14mm /0.4"-0.6" wide and use shatterproof, transparent plexiglass to protect it from damage. CANVAS stretched bars are thick compared to most other products measuring 4cm/1.6” thick and certified pine wood. We use coated fabric, a blend of cotton and polyester, for our canvas. This provides a weight of 350gsm cover and a thickness of 350-400 microns, giving you a sturdy and durable product. The framed prints and canvas are ready-to-hang with all fixtures attached.

We offer world wide shipping, FREE delivery to Australia, United Kingdom, Usa and European Union. For other countries we offer a standard $15 flat fee. Estimated delivery times after processing and artwork approvals for the countries above are between 4-9 business days. Those countries not listed above will have a delivery time of 6-12 business days. For rural areas in Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory please allow a further 2 days. We ship to all international destinations worldwide. You will be responsible for paying any additional custom taxes or charges by your government

Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address as well.

Unframed prints will arrive in a postal tube while canvas and framed prints will arrive boxed and neatly packaged.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately after you have purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions. Once we have shipped your order, you cannot cancel or modify your order.

If you would like to change your shipping address, please email us immediately after you have purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm the change in your address. We cannot change your address once the product has been dispatched.

We apologize that your product arrived damaged, accidents rarely occur during shipment but do not worry, please send us an email and will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the damages with the email so we can arrange a replacement.
