Shipping & Delivery

To keep your pockets full and your smile big we offer FREE DELIVERY across all Australia from regional to metro areas as well as FREE DELIVERY to Australia, United Kingdom, USA and European Union countries. The rest of the world we offer a flat shipping fee of $15 . We use some of the world’s leading courier and shipping companies and our staff work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible to your home door or business address.

As all our beautiful art is made to order, please allow 2 business days processing and handling time for us to process, build and print your order. Those orders placed on a Friday the processing time will start on the following Monday.

Estimated delivery times across metro areas in Australia vary from State to State and once you have placed your order with our factory in SE Queensland the delivery times will be from 4-9 business days. Those orders that are delivered to regional areas, WA and NT please allow a further 2 days delivery time.

For the United Kingdom, USA and European Union countries please allow 4-9 business days. 

For orders to the rest of the world please allow 6-12 business days.

This is only a guideline and does however depend on your location and the shipping method/courier used, we do not guarantee these time frames. 
Delivery times above start after the processing time of 24-48 hours and once the personalized artwork has been approved by yourself.

You will be responsible for paying any additional custom taxes or charges by your government or post office in your specific country. 

We take the upmost care in packaging and protecting our work, if in the event your order is received and damaged please take a photo of the damaged product and or box and email us with your order number on support@happychappieprints.com.au so that we can arrange the necessary replacements.
